Flying through the years

Founded in 2015 as a helicopter company specialising in underslung load operations, Skyhook has remained focused on becoming experts in all areas of Helicopter External Sling Load Operations (HESLO). Since its founding, Skyhook has branched out from providing airlift support for new hydro schemes on the west coast of Scotland to many other areas of work in many challenging locations across Scotland, the rest of the UK and Ireland. Some examples of projects undertaken include large scale peatland restoration, footpath restoration, ski lift construction, power transmission projects, deer fencing and tree planting and more recently firefighting and telecoms industry support.

Progress and improvement is tireless at Skyhook as we strive to become the number one high accuracy aerial crane provider in the UK working with overseas partners and learning from experts from all over the world we are providing essential support to the growing telecoms industry across the UK and assisting in the development of 4G and soon 5G networks for users in the remotest parts of the country.
